Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 27, 2026 – the Antique Boat Museum will once again host its annual 1000 Islands Concours d’Elegance featuring Italian Legends, paying tribute to the automotive passion, craftsmanship, and unmistakable style of Italian automobiles.
From the sweeping lines of early Alfa Romeos to the bold sculptural forms of Lamborghini, from the refined power of Ferrari’s grand tourers to the thunderous presence of mid-century Maseratis, this year’s field showcases the innovation and artistry that have made Italian automobiles icons around the world.
Set within the Museum’s waterfront campus, the show offers a visual dialogue between land and water. Gleaming automobiles sit just steps from ABM’s historic fleet of runabouts, skiffs, and racing craft, their curves and brightwork reflecting a shared spirit of speed, craftsmanship, and adventure. As with all ABM programming, the Concours underscores the Museum’s mission to preserve and interpret North American boating and river heritage – while also celebrating the ways design, ingenuity, and recreation transcend mediums. Boats and cars may travel on different planes, but they spring from the same pursuit of beauty and excellence.
Join us on June 27 as Italian style, history, and horsepower take center stage along the St. Lawrence River. It’s a celebration of “La Dolce Vita” on wheels and waves!
