Blanche Dubois might have been describing the way museums develop their collections when she noted, in Tennessee Williams' immortal play A Streetcar Named Desire, that "I have always depended on the kindness of strangers." The Antique Boat Museum's collections grow mainly through donations, and we welcome your enquiries about possible donations.
